The Company was primarily engaged to operate as an asset-based carrier. In September 2009, the Company completed the acquisition of i-Mobilize, Inc. On September 29, 2009, the Company completed the acquisition of Just Data Inc. In November 2009, the Company completed the acquisition of PB Magic, Inc.
